All pool users to be competent swimmers.
Pool Marshal & other pool users to monitor for individuals getting into difficulty.
Trainee divers only to enter the pool with instructors
Pool Marshals should be trained in life saving skills
Life saving aids (throw lines, floats) available within the pool area
Any near drowned victim who appears to have recovered must be taken to hospital

Ensure all walkways & exit points are kept clear.

One member should be in attendance as the duty Pool Marshal to oversee & monitor pool conditions & users during pool use each week.
Pool marshals should have attended a life saving course.

Diver training
